Analytics Disclosure
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors view and which calls-to-action work. Google Analytics uses cookies and standard web signals (device type, referring page, approximate location from IP). IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
We deliberately do not send any of the following to Google Analytics: your name, email, phone number, VIN, claim number, message text, or the URLs of photos you upload. Analytics only records structural signals such as the page path, which button was clicked, the type of service selected, and the page language. You can opt out by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by using your browser's Do Not Track / private browsing setting.
How We Store Your Information
Estimates, appointments, and photo uploads are stored in secure managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized shop staff. Photos you upload are stored in a private bucket and are never publicly linked from this site.
Your Choices
You can request that we delete the information tied to your estimate or appointment at any time by calling (833) 614-4169 or emailing home@ascendcollisioncenter.com. We will remove or anonymize records that we are not legally required to retain.
